TRUTH

 Here a truth that I know will stick in your spirit.  If the memories that you focus on only consist of hard times, it's impossible to see the light at the end of the tunnel, when loose, unproductive negative thoughts are running rampant in your mind they have the potential of crowding out the GOOD' that you know.
